Like Midsommar, Hereditary again, is one of those A24 horror movies that I couldn’t really tell if I was seeing a horror movie or some crime documentary. It was too slow-burning, lacked the jumpscare, blood, gore (aside from a couple of scenes), and every other thing that makes a film horror-worthy.
